April 2003

April 23 - I'm going to the Embedded Systems Conference in San Francisco tomorrow. (You've gotta love free expo passes!)

April 22 - This article over at LinuxHardware.org mentions Angry Pixel, and has been mentioned over on Slashdot!

April 21 - I signed my Linux User Group up to have a booth at this August's LinuxWorld Expo (in their ".org Pavillion"). Maybe I'll meet some of you random anonymous people there! :^) (LUGOD's also helping put together this year's Picnix12 down in Sunnyvale the weekend after LWE, so maybe I'll see you there too/instead!)

April 12 - I helped staff LUGOD's booth at UC Davis' Picnic Day. We shared a room with the Computer Science club, who had their computer museum set up. I brought a bunch of Atari cartridges and my Lynxes, which all ended up being quite popular. Check out the photos!

April 11 - Check out this screenshot of Tux Paint in this presentation on the Linux Terminal Server Project for gradeschools (K12).

April 11 - My game Vectoroids is Sharp's Zaurus Newsletter's Free Software of the Month!!!

April 10 - Angry Pixels is mentioned briefly in an article on Linux gaming over at LinuxWorld.com.

April 9 - Parallax is sending me a BASIC Stamp, to help me continue working on the Linux software (now living at SourceForge).

April 8 - No, I don't have a new job yet... :^P

April 7 - I went to my friend Brian's today and helped him get the BASIC Stamp microcontroller working under Linux! Check it out!

April 3 - Well, apparently I was voted to be the Team Leader of Angry Pixels. *Gulp!* Wish me luck!

April 1 - Announcing Angry Pixels! That's the name of the development group I'm part of, under the wing of Linux Game Publishing. See the news about us over at the Linux Game Tome, LinuxGames.com and Slashdot.
