January 26 - Tux Paint was in a technology insert in a popular newspaper in the Czech republic yesterday. Check it out!January 18 - There's a fan site for Super Tux, and I was recently interviewed by them!
:^)Updated January 22, 2006 - New URL for fan site.January 18 - A new high: nearly 4,200 virus bounce messages last night! Only 100 showed up in my inbox, thankfully.
January 16 - This Slashdot article mentions the Linux Live Game Project (a bootable Linux disc full of games), and happens to also mention the game I originally started (but have since let others take control over), Super Tux! It looks like the disc also contains some of my other games, too!
January 14 - I thought the deluge of bounced viruses had stopped... but, I got another 2300 of them last night. Update, the 17th: It seems to happen every few days, so I've just created some additional procmail recipes to shove all this junk into a 'spam' folder, plus I've complained to a few of the ISPs (since it's only really a few places sending out gobs of stuff all at once). The stupidity of these people and their anti-virus software never fails to amaze me.
January 10 - I woke up to nearly 850 bounced email messages in my inbox this morning, thanks to the latest new Windows virus. Microsoft... from hell's heart, I stab at thee! It gets worse: A day later, I received over 3,700 bounces over night!!!
>8^[January 4 - Tux Paint was awarded Best Macintosh Program by SharewareJunkies.com in their "Best Software 2004" awards!
Also, it's mentioned in an article entitled "You know, for kids!" over at the O'Reilly Network.
January 3 - Cool, Tux Paint was mentioned right in the text of an article over at Slashdot today: "Introducing Children to Computers?"
