February 26, 2006 - Work was already underway to port Vectoroids to the Sony PSP, so I've already got a version available for download. I also discovered a port of Vectoroids to Symbian!
February 25, 2006 - I realized that all I yammer on about here is my Open Source software. Obviously, it's important to me.
;^)So here's some real news: earlier this month I became a meat-eater again.
Melissa has been eating meat again for a few months, now — she's been getting help to prepare for having kids some day, and as such, we've altered our diet to include meat (hippy-organic, of course), and lots of whole, unrefined organic-only foods. Thankfully, there's a Whole Foods very near my work in Palo Alto. (Some days I want to kill the other shoppers, there, though. They are way to self-important, in-a-hurry and 'holier than thou.')
Melissa's also taking literally handfuls of supplements to help correct her nutrient/mineral deficiencies. So, for the past few months, we've been cooking at home... every night! (I still eat out at restaurants for lunch most days, because coming home to cook would take too much time and be too stressful, especially on days that I bike to work.) So there!
:^P...a non-Tux Paint-related news item.
February 25, 2006 - A tic tac toe game I wrote for the American Red Cross back in 2003 has been ported to the Sony PSP (Playstation Portable) handheld game console!
John (the fellow who ported it) asked what he should do next. I asked for Defendguin and Vectoroids, since those are a couple of my favs. (Not having a PSP, I thought I'd mention my birthday is in May.
February 21, 2006 - The Libre Graphics Meeting (taking place in France next month) is discussed in this article at NewsForge. I'm happy to say, it mentions the planned Tux Paint presense!
February 10, 2006 - I'm so proud of myself! I figured out how to move a domain name to a new IP address and configure Virtual Hosts in Apache. WebFX now lives on my big, new Bill's Games server! Now to dust the poor 9-year-old thing off and make those improvements I thought up 5 years ago.
February 5, 2006 - Tux Paint for the Nokia 770 Linux-based Internet Tablet is now available for download!
February 3, 2006 - What happens when a major newspaper's website decides to link to "blogs" mentioning their article? You get spam for pornography, of course!
