A nice capture of "xmountains" screensaver, with major editing in The GIMP.
The ship was not 3D rendered, but drawn by hand with the selection
tool and gradients.

Bonus time!
End-of-level bonus collection. The more penguinoids left at the end of
the level, the more bonus points awarded.
Mutants
If all of the penguinoids are mutated or killed, the planet explodes, and
mutants reign! (Don't worry, the planet comes back every 5th level.
